1 member of staff out of 5 booths possible. Lunchtime - 15 mins in queue moved half way and realised I had at least 15 mins left to wait. Coupled with the fact that when I have posted some eBay packages here in past the staff made it clear they really weren't happy ( felt like I was inconveniencing them). Went to Wing and served straight away by a cheerful guy there Will never use LB post office again. Going to experiment with Collect Plus from Tesco express

Really nice staff but can get very busy at lunchtime, so go around these hours if poss.
Went to get some Euros from this branch today and ending up only being given 1.08 conversion to the pound. After looking online found the online conversion to be around 1.13 and no indication given at the branch during the purchase that it would save me a lot of money doing it online. Tried to make a complaint via the complaints team with the post office and was told this is the nature of the business and it is due to a competitive area and competing with other local currency sellers, and that they are meant to encourage people to shop online. Will not be using again and would not recommend ever again to anybody.
