the woman working the post office counter is a dumb as a blank piece of paper and has NO CLUE about what services royal mail offers. told me I can"t send a medium parcel of 2.7 kg royal mail second class because there is "no such thing" . was trying to have my legal paperwork sent to a goverment PO box via parcelforce. when i came back and confronted her with "services available" from Royal mail website on my phone, she said WELL WE DONT DO IT HERE. dont do what? mail?? That they get away with having this individual doing post office is unbelievable. someone should finally comain and get their post office license revoked.
Woman behind post office counter in there is always extremely grumpy and rude. Doubts you've put enough stamps on your letters, acts like you're stupid and never apologises for doubting who is the stupid one. Worth driving further to avoid her.
