My wife and I took time off work and travelled 50 minutes for an appointment which had already been re-arranged by Nuffield and the consultant. We were told after 15 minutes of waiting that the consultant would not be able to make it until 4hrs later if we were prepared to wait as he was delayed in Toronto!! Not good enough for a private medical facility. Whats also concerning is that the consultant was prepared to see my wife after so soon after a 10 plus hour flight.
I attend every two years for a mammogram and have always been looked after by the staff. Sophie at the desk was warm, friendly and helpful, Eimear was professional and liz was fantastic at her job putting me at ease and handling me gently but firmly so I was in the best position for the scan.
I had my first surgery ever and I cannot recommend enough this hospital. Was a left knee ACL recon. and meniscus repair. It has the best surgeons, PTs and staff. During my operation and the recovery path I always felt safe and well-looked-after. Was hard to say goodbye to those I knew for a long time. If I could choose again I would definitely say: Just Nuffield, please.
Attended for an appointment today to see a consultant regarding an accident i had several months ago. I arrived much sooner than I needed because I was worried about being caught in traffic and being late. When I arrived I spoke to a member of staff and explained why I was there and was directed to an underground car park. Luckily they were not busy so allowed me to park early. Normally 20 minutes before your appointment apparently. All the staff I encountered were highly professional and very polite. I was shown to the waiting room where there was tea and coffee.The place was spotlessly clean as it should be. I was seen by the consultant and left to be ushered out by the staff in the car park. A really easy and relaxing experience from start to finish.
