Very happy with the service I have received from Dorvics recently. I am mad with myself that I have not used and supported this local business before. I feel like I am riding a new bike (mine is 18 months old) and used almost every day. I took it in as my gear change was out and my back brake did not work after having a puncture repaired at Halfords! I I was told the only only bike mechanic was away for 2 weeks so nobody was available to fix my bike. I thought Dorvics would be expensive for servicing etc... how wrong I was. I was given a quote before they did anything and were very honest. My bike really is a pleasure to ride again now. I highly recommend them and will no longer go anywhere else. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
What an amazing service. Took my 11 year olds bike in, as Halfords hadnt manage to sort out why the chain kept falling off last year. They sorted it whilst we waited as my son needed it for cycling proficiency on Monday. I cant recommend Dorvics any more highly. Be back next year to buy my son his next bike, thank you so much.
Great local bike shop. I had a puncture nearby in the pouring rain and limped in looking for a track pump. They sorted out the tyre and a cup of tea to warm me up.
First Class service from Dorvics. New headset bearings fitted with an easy drop off and next day collection. Everything you expect from your local bike shop.
